Chef Mike Roulston

Mike Roulston is a self-taught chef, inspired by his experience in the food service industry. Mike was drawn towards the energy and creativity of the kitchen at his early age, and his drive for culinary perfection and his ambitious personality fuelled the creation of Lot 66 Restaurant and Wine Bar.
