Chef Mike Roulston

Mike Roulston is a self-taught chef, inspired by his experience in the food service industry. Mike was drawn towards the energy and creativity of the kitchen while working as a server. Mentored by Tom Simpson at Armani's and Jean Robillard at Bistro One, Roulston developed a unique take on conventional dishes. His drive for culinary perfection and his ambitious personality fuelled the creation of Lot 66 Restaurant and Wine Bar.
